Welcome to WilGlobo Mentorship Platform ("Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WilGlobo Mentorship Platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
The Platform is operated by WilGlobo Enterprises ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Alberta, Canada.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create a User Account. When creating a User Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your User Account.
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your User Account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a User Account. By creating a User Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

The Platform facilitates mentorship relationships between Mentors and Mentees. We do not provide mentorship services directly. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the mentorship services provided by Mentors.
Mentors are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of WilGlobo Enterprises. Mentors are solely responsible for the mentorship services they provide.
Mentors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to professional licensing and certification, if applicable.
We offer different subscription plans for access to the Platform. The fees for each subscription plan are displayed on the Platform. We reserve the right to change the fees for any subscription plan at any time.
All fees are in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of the Platform.
Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law or as expressly provided in these Terms.
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WilGlobo Enterprises and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You retain ownership of any Content you upload to the Platform. By uploading Content to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such Content in connection with providing the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload any Content to the Platform and that such Content does not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, available at https://wilglobo.com/privacy, describes how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WilGlobo Enterprises and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
The limitations of liability in this section apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WilGlobo Enterprises and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
We may terminate or suspend your User Account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your User Account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or contact us at info@wilglobo.com.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Alberta).
The arbitration shall be conducted in Edmonton, Alberta, by a single arbitrator appointed by agreement of the parties or, failing agreement, by a court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on the parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and WilGlobo Enterprises concerning your use of the Platform.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of WilGlobo Enterprises.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
Notices: Any notices or other communications provided by us under these Terms will be given by posting to the Platform or, at our discretion, by email to the address you provide in your User Account.
